Study On Laying Out Scheme To The Equipment Of Traffic Information Obtainment In Road Network

At present ,we have entered the affluent society entirely, in order to accelerate the course of socialism modernization, adapt the request of new period, new situation and new task, impulse the development of career for China road, the informationizationed construction of highway traffic has been put on the order of the day, and yet the important content of informationizationed construction of highway traffic is the obtainment and application of road network traffic information.According to the present status of our country, the information of highway network was merely obtained step by step. Some item were determined in advance. In another words, advanced test facility was adopted to collect traffic information, including traffic volume, type of vehicle, axle load and speed of vehicle. However, fixing test facility on all section of highway was not practical. So the vital work was choosing some section to set advanced facilities to study on collocation scheme of facilities.The request and function which should be satisfied of traffic information obtained facility were put forward. The schemes which separately set on the principle of target coverage ratio and important extent of highway were studied in detail.On the basis of Graph Theory, modeling road network, gained the associate matrix of road network model. The project on the principle of target coverage was brought forward, and established three optimum model. They are the fixed number of equipment obtain the maximum coverage ratio, 100% coverage ratio needs the minimum number of equipment and any ratio coverage needs the minimum number of equipment respectively. By operating to the associate matrix of road network model, get the solution of three optimum model. This process of solution has already been programmed, and the paper has create a comprehensive scheme of laying out equipments based on coverage ratio.
