| As the country economy develops continuously, the higher and higher quality of voltage is requested in the modern industry production, the voltage tends to be one of the most important index in evaluating the quality of voltage, and the quality of voltage play an important role in the stabilization of network and the security of the electric power equipment. Reactive power is one of the most important factors in influencing the voltage, therefore, Reactive power balance on the spot, avoiding the reactive power flows inversely into the network is propitious to keep the voltage quality, reduce the network wasting, realize the optimize function of the whole network. The nine-areas fig is usually taken as the control tactics of voltage and reactive power by the substations,taking the second-side voltage and reactive power as restrict term, by divide up the plane into nine different areas, different strategy is chosen in different area. The nine-areas fig is the fundamental guidance of tap-changing of the transformer and capacitor open and close. However, The nine-areas fig itself also has some limitations. The voltage and reactive power control is discussed in this paper, considering the tap-changing and capacitor open and close influence the reactive power and voltage, aiming at the disadvantage that the frequent tap-changing will shorten the natural life of the tap, a new thirteen–areas control tactics is proposed in this paper. By re-partition the area, considering the peak and valley character of the load, importing control parameter, the tap-changing is cut down, the voltage qualification rate is heightened, the reactive power tends to be more reasonable. The control parameter can help to modify the voltage and reactive power's upper limit and lower limit, which make the control tactics adaptive. A simulation that can prove the validity of the control tactics is also proposed. |
