Reactive power optimization is one of the most important control methods to ensure power system operation securely and economically,and is effective measure to improve the voltage profile and reduce the trntainssion loss,and so on. At present,local reactive power system optimization is achieved mainly by controlling FC and tap postion of power transformer to realization realtime voltage and reative flow,which can improve voltage yield of key control point and reduce reactive flow of connecting lines to reduce the loss of power.This article describe in detail the model local power system reactive optimization,and set up many kinds of classics algorithm of optimization analysis.Set up objective function and constrant the three-tier architecture based on integrative network automatic system.discuss how to realize the programe of regional power optimization.Meanwhile,combined with Quzhou local power system,and network automatic system.The article analyze in all kinds of problems what probably regional reactive votage control system and integrative automatic system, optimizing transformation of existing Quzhou regional reactive power optimization.Based on classification and partitioning, combined the advantage of nine area control and regional optimizating control,establish regional dispatch,center control,substation third-grade comprehensice coordinary control platform.According to three-tier control area to realize take the whole power loss to the minimum as the goal optimize reaction and voltage control on the kay controlling points to reach the purpose of regional optimization control.This article sets up regional reactive optiminization system based on 1000 MB ring network of Quzhou local integrate automatic system. To analyze the mode of the Layer 3 Switching,bring up the way to deal with a situation of the problem in the running process.
