Yuhuangge traditional architectural group is located in Heyin village, Huangnan Tibetan autonomous state, Qinghai province. Being established in the period of the Ming dynasty, it is the national key cultural relics for preservation. Due to the unique geographical location, multiple ethnics, religions, and cultures co-existed in this area, Taoism, Tibetan Buddhism, Folk beliefs, Confucianism are gathered in this place. This architecture group was influenced strongly by crafts system of Hezhou. There are so many Traditional Decorative Paintings in these architects. Especially there are six blue prints printed on the inside wall which are drew in Republican period. They are the incommutable examples to represent the tradition of"ding ce yang"and"dian cao jia"which has been used for thousands of years. Therefore, based on abundant measured drawings and large-scale site surveys, and combined with textural research, this project pays more and more attention to visiting the carpenters and printers in their working site and have attained some phrasal achievements in the aspects of construction, and technological and artistic success. All the works must be significant for architectural history study and conservation of architectural heritage including the intangible of crafts and skills.
