Looking into the process history of IAQ, it is found that the western countries had experienced particle contamination and high concentration chemical contamination, and now are experiencing low concentration chemical contamination and microbe contamination. Our country is now still suffering serious high concentration chemical contamination, and the outbreak of SARS in 2003 attaches much importance to microbe contamination, problems caused by secondly contamination of HVAC system are appeared. Therefore, several ways to control secondly contamination of HVAC has been put forward, one of the ways is HVAC system cleaning and been proved effectively. This thesis tries to find out way to control secondly contamination of HVAC system and promote IAQ on the basis of improving the quality of fresh air and separating microbe from dirty wet surface. The microbe contamination of HVAC system and air-conditioned space is usually caused by high humidity lever. Humidity control in normal comfort HVAC system is always restricted by temperature control, which causes the relative humidity in room out of control. Humidity prior control basis on decoupling temperature and humidity handle process is a critical measure to solve these problems. Characteristic and practicability of humidity prior control system are discussed. Outdoor air states are divided into zones with a new way in order to choose a right operating mode. Dehumidify process is in fresh air handle unit, way to set up components influences the result of avoiding growth of microbe in HVAC system, thus way to set up components in fresh air handle unit is discussed. Large energy consumption is caused by dehumidification, heat recovery is necessary. Energy saving measure is discussed. At last, air-flow organization is briefly introduced.
