With the development and the progress of economy and society, people’s requirementfor the quality of life is higher and higher, and the demand of HVAC-a large publicconstruction service facility-providing comfortable working and living environment forpeople is also along with the increase of people’s requirement. With the increasinglysevere energy problems, air-conditioning system of large energy consumption faces asevere test, saving energy and reducing consumption is becoming a key link in the processof air conditioning system design and operation. As a kind of manufacturalair-conditioning, constant temperature and humidity air-conditioning strengthens thecontrol requirements of the relative humidity on the basis of HVAC. The present situationof the constant temperature and humidity air conditioning is high consumption andgradually expanding demand, so the question for engineers and technicists is how toimplement the system of controlling high accuracy temperature and humidity,and at thesame time, how to realize the optimization design for energy-saving system of constanttemperature and humidity air-conditioning.In order to realize the purpose of the minimum energy consumption of air handlingsystem of constant temperature and humidity air-conditioning, this paper aims at the largeenergy consumption of constant temperature and humidity air-conditioning。And this papersummarizes the development and research status of air handling systems of HVAC andconstant temperature and humidity air-conditioning on the basis of reading a large numberof foreign and domestic references. The structure and the principle of central airconditioning system are analyzed, and the composition of the air handling unit andair-conditioning principle are researched specifically. Combining with the characteristicsof variable air volume system and constant temperature and humidity air-conditioningsystem, a constant temperature and humidity air-conditioning based on variable air volumesystem is put forward. And a mathematical model base on the air handling system isestablished by studying the principle of the air handling system mentioned above. The paper introduces the principle and application of immune algorithm, especially emphasizesthe immune network algorithm. And according to the established mathematical model, animproved immune network algorithm is put forward. Combined with the actual centralair-conditioning experimental platform in the laboratory and industrial process requirementof constant temperature and humidity air-conditioning, the application of improvedimmune network algorithm optimizes the established mathematical model in the MATLABsoftware. Optimizing the possible of different working conditions respectively, andcomparing with the traditional constant temperature and humidity air-conditioning, theresult of the comparative analysis shows that the optimal results reach the expected effectof energy-saving.
