Recent years, prestressed concrete continuous beam bridges develop vigorously in our country. At present, the construction methods chiefly have cantilevered assembles, cantilever pouring, simple becomes continuously and the top pushes. In bridge engineering, constructing is very important, it decides the quality and the whole cost of the bridge construction. Therefore the reasonable selection construction method, correctly forecasting construct possess the very important meaning in the bridge construction. The grey controlling is based on the control of grey system theory and grey model, it is gathering information with the system action data, and according to the new superseding the old principle, namely building the GM ( 1,1 ) model, and uses the development that the model built calculate the system action, and calculates the coming action data then carries on the comparison with action forecasting value and preset value of action, with the control the surpassing value of definite system, this kind of control action is called grey forecasting control. The method is simple, and the precision is high, and still can carry on the characteristics such as changeable capacity control. This thesis with Dongyang-Xiang Jiang big bridge in Hengyang being the engineering example. Firstly, adopting the finite element model of ANSYS to imitate the cantilever construction course, and advancing to count, receiving power to the structure in the construction course. Then contrasting with the survey result, and providing the fail-safe data for constructing controlling work. Next applying the grey forecasting control system to forecast the pattern level in each stage of construction.
