With the development of the economy and urbanization, shortage of real-estate became an urgent problem. Many cities begin to construct underground tunnel. Currently there mushroom a lot of metro line and crossing river tunner.Facing up to the surging of tunnel construction. How to guarantee construction of safety becomes a serious problem, especially in soft ground, which is practical and directional to us.This paper is under the background of construction of Changjiang tunnel, the scheme of automatic monitoring system is studied; In the meantime, dynamic analysis is performed referring to field data obtained from automatic monitoring system; And then through the field data reasonable method to determine the critical value is presented; An safety assessment is made to the tunnel. The safety rating is divided in the process of construction according control advice is given referring to the different safety status.Under the background of Changjiang Tunnel three feasible methods are studied and compared. The problem of Field data for long distance convey is solved and automatic field data gathering is achieved. Referring to particular construction in soft ground and construction status, there are four rating and the critical value are divided to four item. Referring to each rating, according construction advice are presentd.
