| The masonry structure has a centered-old history. Reinforced masonry structure is economical, convenient for construction and has resistance seismic capability, especially being fit for the situation of China. Because the reinforced masonry shear wall structure has been included in the Code for design of masonry structures (GB50003-2001) and the Code for seismic design of building (GB50011-2001), there are very important meanings and realistic value to research and develop CAD software for the reinforced masonry shear wall buildings.Firstly, the object-oriented method and the ObjectARX technic based on AutoCAD data-base is introduced in the paper, and then the design and calculate methods of reinforced masonry shear wall element are investigated. Secondly, through the object-oriented method of software engineering, the reinforced masonry shear wall element CAD system is analysed and the design of the CAD system upon its sub-systems are divided. Next, places need to pay attention with when programming are explained through particularize part of programme codes. At last, through an example, the similarities and differences of manual calculation and program calculation are compared and analysed. |
