The ultrasonic feeding device is a new type ones extend from ultrasonic motor .The standing wave type ultrasonic feeding system possesses the follow features: simple structure, rapid response, high precise control, no magnetic disturbance and no noise etc. and work under special environments such as low temperature, vacuum and high radiation etc. It is suitable for the accuracy feeding of small quantity of powder or other articles, and it is widely applied in the industrial fields, such as chemical, mechanical manufacture, food and pharmacy. And it is urgently needed in the industrial fields and modern laboratories.According to the need of research, On the basis of the documentary in domestic and international, A FEM software as an important tool, the vibrator structure has been designed based on piezoelectric drive principle, and the structure of the vibrator is carried out. Finite element analysis the vibration and response has been carried out of the major transporting parts of the standing wave type ultrasonic feeding system, the simulation results also indicate the feasibility of movements. and the model of vibration is calculated in the range of ultrasonic frequency. The influence of structure dimension of vibrator to the nature frequencies is discussed the nature frequencies and structure sizes of the vibration are optimized.Base on the of theoretical research, A kind of standing wave type ultrasonic feeding system is designed for the purpose of feeding a small amount of articles with a high quantitative accuracy. Theoretical and experimental studies on standing wave type ultrasonic feeding device have been investigated. The vibration model and resonant frequencies of vibrator are tested, some experiments have been made and the experimental results have been analyzed. The results of the experimentation validate the correctness and reliability of theoretical analysis. Feeding transporting speed is an important index to evaluate the transporting ability of feeding system.This experiment has analyze and discuss how feeding transporting speed is influenced by the following factors such as the kinds feeding, size, driving voltage, working frequency, etc. The experiment has indicated that the standing wave type ultrasonic feeding system is strongly influenced by the selection of feeding. The feeding capability of this prototype is experimental studied, the result is shown, that the velocity for different feeding objects is accepted. The velocity and the flow rate can be controlled precisely.
