| In allusion to problems existing in traditional test for carriage generator, a new type test is designed for generator control system in railway carriage to detect the work performance of carriage generator and control box, commutating box.etc.The single-chip computer 80C196KB is chosen as the core in this test, according to need of testing parameters, external circuits are expanded. The generator is drived by motor through strap, and variable frequency speed control technology is adopted to change motor revolution-speed by adjusting frequency translator's output frequency, thus realizing control of motor revolution-speed. The parameters such as generator's three-phase output voltage, three-phase output current, commutating box's output voltage, output current, accumulator's charging current, commutating module's temperature are detected in real time. The detected datas are displayed and reported to PC by RS-232 for saving and printing experimental results. The load of traditional resistance box is replaced by TL494 load regulatation circuit to realize load current consecutive regulation through pulse width modulator TL494 to control IGBT connection or disconnection, thus realizing load consecutive regulation.In this test, measuring accuracy is improved, and consuming energy is reduced. The load of resistance box is also ameliorated more. Many advantages are advanced, such as perfect function, terse operation, thus having very high economic and social benefits. |
