| Along with the development of electric power and micro-electronics technology, solid state apparatus is replacing conventional machine electricity pattern,touch point pattern relay and touch implement, and the solid state electric power distribution mode is replacing conventional electric power distribution mode to be the main mode in the modern advanced aero electrical system.At first, the domestic and overseas actuality and the current development of the advanced aero electrical system are analyzed, and the research topic of the measurement and control platform is brought forward according to the increasing request of the real time and reliability of the system. Then an analysis is made considering the characteristic,function and need of the continue development and the whole structure of a kind of measurement and control platform is partitioned according to the design idea of standardization and blocking. Subsequently one kind of function module is designed in hardware and software, which uses TMS320F2812 as the core chip to make the hardware platform with check and measurement circuits of different signals. CPLD is used to expand the intrinsic I/O ports of the DSP to meet with the requirement of the system. The embedded real-time multitask operation system μC/OS- II is introduced in the software, and which is good for the partition and design of the tasks. Besides, it can improve the real-time and reliability of the system and it is also convenience to upgrade and maintain. After the projects of hardware and software are confirmed, the idiographic methods of information collection and disposal are analyzed and the task procedures are compiled. At the same time, the design work of main body circuit structure,simulation signal input channels, switch signal input/output circuits and frequency collection circuits is processed.At last, the emulation debug of the software tasks are made in integration empolder circumstance CCS, and the CPLD function emulation is made in MAX plus-II. After these, the CPLD board emulation is finished by using the experiment development board in existence of the FPGA. If it is right ,to joint all the periphery circuits to the main control chip and download the successful software program in emulation to 2812 development board to make the integrated function test of the system. In the end how to improve the reliability and actualize electromagnetism compatibility are also analyzed. |
