The electronic converter replaces mechanical commutator, so brushless DC motor (BLDCM) becomes research focus in movement control area because of its good characteristics. Inland and foreign researchers do many researches in the control of BLDCM, the control technology is more and more ripe, but the control methods can't get rid of the dimensional limit. In recent years, Internet develops fiercely, people start to consider how to combine motor control and the network technique, and it means that motor is controlled by net, carry out the long distance control. The paper aims to research the control system of BLDCM based on network, it offers reference to long distance control.First, the thesis introduces BLDCM and network's development and characteristics, expatiates present condition and developing prospect of network control; studies movement principle and timing strategy of BLDCM; discusses characteristics and key technique of network; analyzes network delay and compensation method for it, then comparing different kinds of project in network control, the project which BLDCM meets network through PC is choosed.On the basis of mathematics model of BLDCM, the dynamical emulation model of BLDCM according to the state equation is provided. Based on analyzing time delay the network model is built up. Then the network model with Smith compensation and supervisory control is built up respectively after researching the theory of them. Through simulation supervisory control is choosed to use in practical network control.Finally, the hardware and software design in system of BLDCM controlled by net is completed, and the rudiment of the long distance control test platform is built. The experiment results prove the possibility of this project, and have important reference for continual research in long distance control.
