Assembly is the last stage and one of the most important stages in the making process. The quality and efficiency of assembly have fatally affected the quality, capability and efficiency of aeroengine with the help of existed design and making craft of aeroengine. To promote the assembly quality and the efficiency of aeroengine, enterprises have implemented and applied many information management systems, such as CAPP, ERP etc. But there are many problems among these systems, including poorly information exchange, information redundancy, low share rate,even results in isolated island of information; meanwhile the informatization of enterprise has not overlay its executive layer, and it still lacks necessary system for information collection and management.For the digital management of aeroengine assembly information ,this paper investigated the basic technology for implementing the integration management of assembly information, and developed an aeroengine assembly digitalization system which orients to the assembly executive environment, thus it realizes the integration and share of aeroengine assembly information within enterprise.Assembly executive environment is the intersection of material flow and information flow, and the integrated information management system needs to deal with large and all sorts of information, to satisfy the system requirements, this paper mainly worked on the following aspects:Analyzing and designing the system architecture with OOA/OOD technology, this paper designed and implemented a five-layer model so as to guarantee the extensibility and reusability of the system, and divided the system to several sub systems and analyzed the relationships between them.This paper designed the system foundation class library referencing to classical design patterns and implemented the reusability and extensibility of foundation class library which includes foundation object library and foundation object management library.
