Recently, reinforced concrete structure strengthened with fiber reinforced plastics is one of the hot studies at home and abroad.The paper establishes the finite element nonlinear analysis model of reinforced concrete beam strengthened with frp , and numerically simulates on flexural behavior of testing beam. The calculating results inosculate consistently with the testing results, which shows that the finite element model is reasonable and better simulates on flexural behavior of Reinforced Concrete beam strengthened with fiber reinforced plastics.The paper analyses the factors which may effect the load-bearing capacity of reinforced concrete beam strengthened with fiber reinforced plastics, which include frp layers , the concrete compressive strength, the percentage of reinforcing steel, the yield intensity of reinforcing steel bar, the elastic modulus of frp , the stress-history and so on.The paper establishes the BP artificial network forecasting model of the load-bearing capacity on reinforced concrete beam strengthened with frp,forecasts the load-bearing capacity on testing beam strengthened with frp. The forecasting results inosculate consistently with the experiment results, which shows the BP artificial network forecasting model satisfies the engineering request. The paper developes the BP artificial network forecasting interface for the technologist.Laterly ,the paper introduces least squares support verctor machines forecasting model into forecasting the load-bearing capacity on reinforced concrete beam strengthened with frp,which settles the BP artificial network disadvantages, and better satisfies the engineering request. The paper developes the least squares support verctor mechines forecasting interface for the engineering person.
