In this paper, the composite dielectric system for EMI and the powder for making were studied.The metal were doped into BaTiO3-Nb2O5-MgO-Ln2O3 dielectric system through the method of metal-dielectric composite material. Super high permittivity, broad range of operating temperature and high temperature stability were obtained. In this experiment, through researching dielectric properties of composite technology and choosing proper flux, it can be gained a new type of composite dielectric material with high performance and intermediate sintering temperature range. The inside interacting mechanism of the system was also discussed. The interaction between liquated metal and dielectric at high temperature was described by penetrating theory. The results were listed as follows:ε≥10000ΔC/C≤±15%operating temperature: -55℃~150℃tgδ≤1.5%ρv≥1×1011Ω·cmIn this experiment, while adjusting the other kinds of additions, Ln2O3 can be removed from the above system, by means of which, it can be achieved another type of composite dielectric material with high performance and intermediate sintering temperature range.
