In recent years, environment protecting is cared by people much more than before, and solid clay brick is being absent from market gradually. It is essential to develop a new engineering structure system of low mass-high strength, economic on energy, seismic,protecting environment, and utilizing'three waste'. The research of a new-style material which can economize energy resources, stuff and water become the pivotal research. Then the research of concrete sandwich slab is on the time.Before this experiment, much experimental research has been done by the civil engineering department of Tianjin University. Based on these work, the bending characteristic of concrete sandwich slabs are observed. And the research is enriched than before. The characteristic of bearing moment and the passing mechanism of moment are analyzed through experiment, and the load-deflection curve about concrete sandwich panel, load-strain of every testified point is obtained. Based on the experiment and theory analysis, the ultimate bearing capacity equation about cross section of concrete sandwich panel is proposed.Associated with theoretical calculated formula, this paper established resisting power model and load model of the plate in the process of application, and introduced reliability index caculating method based on optimising theory. Based on this theory, reliability of concrete sandwich slabs under ultimate limited state was analyzed with reliability index and sensitivity index, at the same time, response surface method was used for analysis of reliability of concrete sandwich roof slabs under serviceability limited state. Through these analysis, influence elements of reliability index under limited state and changing rule of influence element were obtained.
