Research On Large Power APFC Control Method

The active power factor correction technology is an important method which can reduce the rectification circuit harmonic current. This technology can make the input current to be sinusoidal wave with the same phase with the input voltage, and make the rectification circuit doesn't produce harmonic current basically.The APFC technology become an hot research subject.The common control method of Boost APFC circuit is introduced, the APFC citcuit control process based on UC3854 is analyzed, then the APFC circuit dingnital control method is deduced, the PID parameters of current adjustor and voltage adjustor are optimized using the one dimension searching theory in nonlinear programming. The method is testified by Matlab simulation results.Finally, the hardware control circuit is introdudced with a core of TMS320LF2407A slug, and software of control circuit is programmed generally.
