This paper studies the distributed power load data warehouse on the basis of data market, based on the analysis of the characteristics of power grid. This paper discusses various aspects of the process of building data warehouse, and online analytical processing (OLAP). This paper depth studies on the relationship between weather and power load, characterizes the combined effects of different weather factors on the load by introduction of bio-meteorology index, such as sense temperature index, thermal humidity index, cold index and comfort index. This paper analyzes various weather indices and the level of load by Gray algorithms and chooses the index which better reflects the changes in the load for the further analysis. And this paper takes Gray modeling method to the daily characteristic load forecasting.
