Due to the development of industry, power quality has a significant in influence on high-technology equipments. Dynamic Voltage Restorer of Compensating Harmonics (DVRCH) has been designed for protection against power quality problems in this paper. The DVRCH has two inverters. One is used to compensate voltage fluctuation, the other is used to supply electrical source and compensate harmonics. Instantaneous voltage comparison is used to detect voltage fluctuation and d-q method is used to detect harmonics of the line. Deadbeat control is studied on the inverter circuitry selected. Feasibility of this method is verified by digital simulation.
