As the great development of the society productivity and the endless appearance of the advanced electronic technology, the domain of the application of the electronic devices is more and more widely. Come to light, the AC power supplies are necessary in auto, war industry and medical treatment domains, however, there are not the necessary AC power supplies when they are working in the outdoor and field, how to invert the DC or AC delivered by accumulators and dynamotors to the required AC for electronic devices is just the problem which should be solved in the domain of inverter research. At present, the inverters widely used in the market are designed with SPWM technology, however, the ability of anti-impulsion of the load of this kind of inverters is low and there are lots of hypo-waves hard to be filtered in output wave. It is hard to be satisfied to the devices needing high quality power supplies. Thus, the inverters with the high quality output waves have a bright market.This paper is based on the design targets of an enterprise and uses the switch-linearity hybrid power conversion scheme different from the traditional SPWM technology, researches on the great efficient inverter with pure sinusoidal wave output. This paper, at first, introduces traditional design methods and theory of inverter, and then, introduces particularly the switch-linearity hybrid power conversion scheme and the working theory of the system, at the same time, registers the debugging course of system and receives a series of date, in the end, sums up a series of experience beneficial to the design of inverter. The experiment shows that the scheme can be putted in practice and the inverter has a bright foreground, of course, there are something needed to be improved.
