Meanwhile, the complete data protection system is established based on the digital certification attestation, symmetric cryptographic algorithm encryption, and CRC32 algorithm data integrity check; the function of each member in the scheme is realized by using java language and network programming technology; the real-time issue of electronic channel chart on the internet and the client application (EPS System ) is also realized, and introduce the detail of system process; the issued data are effectively protected by applying modern cryptogram technology and digital signature technology. Therefore, the security, the integrity and the exclusive authentication of the issued data are guaranteed to a very large extent.
