To satisfy the demand of the more and more complicated circuits, on the one hand, the circuit analysis and synthesis techniques becomes more and more complicated and the way of study fields becomes more and more detailed, on the other hand, the academic study, innovation and perfectibility becomes more and more important to adapt the development of circuit.As a new development way of inductances, the study and development of planar spiral inductances is comparative important, it can realize inductors complanation. At present, planar spiral inductances become important components of many communication elements, to improve the quality (Q) and contain the inductances is the pivot of the studying of planar spiral inductors.The planar spiral inductances usually can be made to be square, rectangular, octagonal and circular. This paper pays more attention to the formulas of the planar spiral inductances and analysis of the influence of the width, space between lines and diameter to the inductance value by running matlab program, and analyses the cause of the curve change.Q as one of the primary referenced index of inductance designing and testing, people usually pay more attention to it. The third chapter of this paper introduces the formulas of Q and simulates it.At last, the fourth chaper a band pass filter (BPF) is designed to satisfy the actual need, and simulated by pspice, for the inductances we can calculate any parameter if the others are given according to the second chapter. |
