Technical Standard Research For Rural Highway In Jiangsu Province

As an important component of highway network,rural highway is one of the important basic establishment too. In order to develop the economy of rural and solve the problem of coming out of countrymen ,it is obligatory to strengthen construction of rural highway. and to complete the task of construction of rural highway with quality and quantity. It is must to establish the technical standard .It is known to all ,China is a country with a vast territory, it is very different in economy development and naturally terrain in every Province, so it is unscientific and unfeasible to establish a technical standard to guide the construction of rural highway in whole country. So each province should establish the technical standard according to each especially instance. the research method of this paper is to carry theory research by the investigation status in existence in Jiangsu province, then establish the technical standard of the rural highway construction in Jiangsu province in order to serve the construction of rural highway in Jiangsu province.First,in order to set down scientific and reasonable technical standard which is adapt to Jiangsu province, the natural condition,engineering technical condition and the material of road in common use are investigated.Through the diagnoss of traffic in Jiangsu province, the traffic and traffic constitute in existence in rural highway are researched, and control factors of rural highway are confirmed. the rural highway have character of itself ,such as have small traffic and lack of construction fund etc, research of route technical standard are carried through and some route technical index are confirmed.Subgrade is basic of traveling, the intension and stability of subgrade are very import to use of rural highway. rural highway is a majority of rebuild highway, the paper established the technical standard of subgrade aim at the character of build and rebuild subgrade.In order to research pavement types that is suit to Jiangsu rural highway, the pavement types in existence and the use status are analyzed and researched. The demand of structure and intension of bed,subgrade and pavement are confirmed.
