| Spindle system is the key functional component of machine tool. With the machine tool developing towards higher speed and precision, the manufacturing industry commands more and more higher characteristics to the spindle system. In this paper, the dynamic characteristic of the double row cylindrical roller bearing with taper hole has been analyzed. A series of experiments oil ail lubrication for the high speed motorized spindle have been studied, providing the theoretical guides to manufacturing and promoting the theory study of the oil air lubrication.Using the oil air lubrication test equipment designed by ourselves, a series of oil air lubrication experimentations for high speed motorized spindle used in grinding machine tool have been performed: the single factor experimentations have been completed with 30# oil by 80000rpm. By the means of orthogonal method, the experimental study on the parameters of oil-air lubrication such as the type of lubricant oil, the quantity of oil, the pressure of oil-air, the axial force of preload on bearing and on the relations between them with the change of bearing rotating speeds. The relation of every kind of the oil-air parameters affecting on the temperature arising of the bearing was obtained. So that the best constitute of the oil-air parameter has been determined. Also, the lubricating coefficient has been modified.The stiffness characteristic of the double row cylindrical roller bearing with taper hole has been studied by using the rolling bearing analysis theory. A software has been developed with MATLAB tool to analyze the dynamic characteristics of the bearing. Taking the type of 3182120 bearing as an example, the nonlinear relation between the radial stiffness of the bearing with the parameters of the bearing such as the rotational speed, the radial tightening and the radial load has been analyzed up to the rotational speed 10000 rpm. The result shows that the radial stiffness intenerates nonlinearly with the rising of rotating speed owing to the centrifugal force. This software for analyzing the dynamic characteristics of the double row cylindrical roller bearing with taper hole can be expected to be a powerful tool for dynamic design of machine tool. |
