Computer technique especially the microcomputer and industry control technique gets the increasingly extensive application in many fields in recent years. With the continuous increases of the automation level of the power station and on-line monitor system, it is very necessary to develop the on-line monitor system based on B/S(Browser/Server) mode on the foundation of the C/S(Client/Server) mode.This paper is designed according to the flow chart, the real-time tendency, the real-time report form, the printing report form, the historical data and the alarms, and all functions formerly applied in C/S has been transferred, and has been done the sufficient applied research to related front technology. This paper takes the power plants units as the example to carry on, has solved formerly problem of the B/S pattern data transmission, the complex history data inquiry, and unifies VML to complete the real-time curve as well as the historical curve by using the script language in the on-line monitor. This article designs B/S mode operating system the function of which includes the fast speed, easy to expanding, the ease of operation, the complete function and the contact surface artistic integrity according to the power plant actual situation. This system has provided the powerful on-line monitor management system to the power plant leaders as well as the correlation partial productions superintendent, effectively enhanced power plant management efficiency and the automated level.
