The Joint Development Of Landscape And Ecological Environment Of Urban River

In the fast urbanization, much polluted water is produced, which exceeds the river capacity ,leading to the worsen of the ecology and environment of the urban river. And the polluted river has been an obstacle for the developing city. At the same time, the riverfront areas have been caught attention by the governments and land agents for its unique nature resources. which bring the river both vigor and nature space-occupied. So in this particular period , the ecology resume of the urban river have been carried out along with the landscape design and water treatment. The complexity of the urban river added, the integrated planning for the urban river contain multi-goals, which damands the cooperation of specialities. The extension and the characteristics of the landscape design can provide a platform for the integration.Firstly, the history and the major theoretics of the river construction have been analysed in the paper. The management and the draggling ecological practice in China have brought a lot of problem to the urban river. Fortunately, nowadays the ecology and environment of the urban river have been paid attention to by a wide range of people from water conservancy , environment engineering to landscape design. And then, combining the knowledge from environment engineering and landscape design, the paper is trying to find a way to build the environment and the landscape jointly, and to further explore the essence and expression of the combination of engineer and art. The research expatiates from two directions: in the landscape design aspect, how to give attention to the ecology in the river landscape design has been worked out in three ways: Nature-imitated design, Environment-friendly design and Eco-revelatory design. In the engineering design aspect, the paper study how to integrate the art into the flood-controlled and purification engineering., Which can make the facility more conversant and vividly to people, so people can learn more about the nature and the ecology through visiting them. Finally some ways to develop the environment and the landscape jointly have been introduced by two examples: the planning of the River Zhuan , River Chao and River Bai in Beijing.
