With the improvement of living condition and abundance of soul world, the performance and quality of stage play required to reach a higher level. Speak to stage machine, it had to owns such characters: quick response, smooth operation, wider speed regulation range, reliable position and so on. Rotating platform is a normal stage machine. In view of its speed regulation system, a scheme of digital AC speed regulation system base on permanent magnet synchronous motor is presented.The mathematical model of PMSM is founded at first. The vector control theory, the rotor magnetic field-oriented control strategy, and SVPWM method were analyzed in detail. Then the speed regulation system of rotating platform is designed and simulation research based on Matlab is completed. The simulation results validate the scheme is feasible.To improve the performance of system, fuzzy control strategy is introduced. Self-adjusting PI control based on fuzzy inference is implemented in speed regulator. By the simulation analysis, it can be concluded that the new regulator is superior to normal PI regulator in system performance.Finally, a digital controller based on TMS320LF2407 is designed. The main points of the hardware and software are analyzed in detail.Both the studies and simulation results show that the system meets with the required of rotating platform control, reaches the aim of design and provides the theory basis for further study.
