In recent years,the application of servo motor in industry is more and more extensive,and the research of its speed control technology has entered a new stage.At present,the motor has developed including the use of DC or AC power,as well as rotor permanent magnet or excitation of many types.With the advent of large scale integrated circuit and computer control,AC speed regulation system can achieve similar performance with DC speed regulation,and has the advantages of simple structure,reliable operation and high efficiency,and has been widely used.The permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)has the advantages of high power factor,small moment of inertia and strong overload ability,compared with induction motor,the control is simple,the excitation loss is small and the speed range is wide,so it has become the mainstream of servo system.In this thesis,the permanent magnet synchronous AC motor servo system is studied,and a motor servo control system is built.In view of the mutual coupling between Id and Iq in common control mode,the problem of independent regulation cannot be realized,the Id=0 vector control strategy is used to optimize decoupling,improve the dynamic performance and control accuracy of the current loop,and the Fuzzy Pi controller is used to improve the speed loop of servo system using PI feedback.Further improve the system's response speed and control accuracy.Based on the above theory,this thesis introduces the realization of the servo system based on the digital signal process(DSP)controller TMS320F28335 of TI company.In the Code Composer Studio development platform,we complete the system software preparation,the flow chart of each module.And we according to the designed system using computer simulation software Simulink to build simulation platform for simulation experiments,the experimental results verify the correctness of the above research results.
