Servo system combines the electrical motor theories with the modern electronics power techniques, sensor techniques, microprocessortechniques and advanced control theories. As the representative of modemelectrical motors, permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) is idealfor advanced servo systems for its potentials of high efficiency, high torqueto current ratio, and low inertia. Thus, permanent magnet synchronousmotor is widely regarded in servo control field.The dissertation focuses on the design of the system for permanent magnet synchronous motor servo system based on the most advanced DSPchip-TMS320F2812, and has done some theoretic research as well as experimental research to some key parts.Firstly, the dissertation summarizes the current development of AC servo systems, and understands the significance of the developing PMSM servo system clear,then bring forward the content and plain for the study.Secondly, the dissertation summarizes that how to PMSM work and how to control it. It summarizes the principle and implementation of the Field-Oriented Control, adopts the field-weaken based on the smallest port voltage ratio to extend the range of speed, and design the control scheme of AC servo control system.Thirdly, an experimental platform of motor control which using SVPWM to achieve Field-Oriented Control is designed based onTMS320F2812 in this paper, in which the main circuit is a type two level three-phrase AC-DC-AC inverter. IPM (Intelligent Power Module) is used as the inverter, the inverter and switching power are supplied by a three-phase Diode bridge rectifier module. At the same time, doing some research on the design of hardware and software for the systemFinally, the result of simulate experiment results validated and deepened the conclusions drawn from theoretical research.
