Power plant's control exist inharmonic phenomenon, heat engineering control and electrical control don't join together.This paper analysis the electrical control mode, bring forward the new mode of engineering control and electrical control join together. Design the communication network,redundancy and so on. In order to evaluate this control system, make the performance analysis, find the reliability norm. In order to find the weakness, bring out use the fault tree analysis and Markov process to evaluate the reliability. Toward the new mode make a grouped relate to the all control equipment and control logic.After the new cluster, electrical control and heat control integrated together. Analysis an important subsystem and make the logic configuration toward this system. Bring the improve measures against the PID control module, through the emulation test the control effectiveness.
