Study On Voltage Sag Monitoring And Analysis System Based On GPRS

As the charge amount of sensitive electricity power users increasing continuously, the Power Quality requirement from information society also become stricter and stricter. In order to ensure the safety and economical operation of electricity power system and clients'reliable usage, Power Quality need to be urgently monitored and analyzed. In this paper, based on the analysis of voltage sag which is emergent in Power Quality causes and detecting arithmetic, a voltage sag monitoring system based on GPRS is designed and realized by using VB.net and SQL server 2000. Through the practical run with the power network, the system continuously monitoring to voltage sags can be actualized. By using information website, based on B/S model, the related inquiring to voltage sag events information can be realized, and quantitative analysis to monitoring dynamic voltage quality of power grid can be provided. Through actual monitoring datum, this paper analyzes the main cause by which voltage sags phenomenon happened in LangFang development area, and delivers related measurement to abate voltage sags.
