| Along with the fast development of the electric power industry, the single capacity of unit will be bigger and bigger, the request of turbine unit participates power grid Peak-shaving is also increasingly urgent, so strengthen the expectation life management of turbine unit have important meaning towards insuring the safe and economic running of the equipments.This text takes the 300 MW unit for research object, to analysis hot startup and stop process of units.Present First, Describing the background and purpose of the text,analyzing present condition of the domestic and internationalturbine units'life management.second,narrating mathematic model of temperature and stress filed, counting methode of transfer method,to provide theory base of actual analysis . Make use of the ANSYS software to count temperature and stress filed of the 300 MW unit.finally,.puting forward rain-flow methode, counting life wastage of actual running,bringing forward optimized scheme of running.
