The theory of firing and burning of the coal is expounded in the paper.General speaking, the concentration of the coal is higher, the firing of the coal is easier, and the best concentration of the coal is existed which corresponds to the shortest distance of firing.We can monitoring the burning system of the boiler and control the coal powder concentration of the first wind pipe in order to make the burning of the boiler steadily.It can also improve the economics of the boiler operation.There are several methods that monitor coal powder, such as the method of temperature,Potential sensors method, ultrasound method, laser method,microwave method and so on.They can be applied in different area and are compared with each other.A comparation also made with several plans in this paper at last, two collection methods were designed and the main function of the data process is also introduced in the paper.
