At first, this thesis describes the Power Quality's definition,classification and relevant standards, then analyzes the current situations and the development trends of the domestic and international PQ detection technique at present. Secondly, the complex exponential method is adopted to acquire amplitude value,attenuation coefficient,frequency and phase angle of the PQ temporary disturbance signal on the basis of the latter-day digital signal processing theory. Furthermore, the arithmetic is verified by effective test result. Finally, aiming at the demands of power system and the practical application in our country, the thesis designs hardware and software of the PQ analytic system human-machine interface module taking TMS320VC33 as CPU. Meanwhile, the running outcome reveals that has made very good effect after the C program is performed in the PQ analytic system.
