Studies On The Problems Existing In Railway's Out-of-gauge Freight Transportation And Organization After Speeding

Railway out-of-gauge goods transportation is of great significance to satisfy the transportation demands of large-style engineering project and the construction of national defense, it is the work that needs high technique in railway transportation organization. With the deep development of socialist market economy, the railway transportation equipment is constantly renewed and the running speed is on the rise. How to organize the wagon loaded with out-of-gauge goods is a new problem of the railway out-of-gauge goods transportation.The organization of the out-of-gauge goods transportation is a complicated system engineering. It must base on scientific theory and be ensured by advanced management, or else it will be impossible for the out-of-gauge goods to be transported safely, rapidly, economically and conveniently. For the poor management and lack of relevant study on the technical conditions, there are much operation with the core of the organization of the out-of-gauge goods transportation, the following tasks have been done in this dissertation:· The situation the out-of-gauge goods transportation in railway faces is analyzed.· According to the relation between rolling stock clearance and structure clearance, the impact the management of clearance has on the running conditions, also and the actuality about Structure Clearance's management, the problems existing in the management is analyzed.· The unscientific factors lying in the running conditions and the Picking-up & Transport Program of Out-of-gauge Wagons are indicated. Subsequently, the complexity of the transportation procedure is brought forward.· Aiming at the problems existing in clearance management, some settlement projects like uniting the structure clearance discount standards and etc are advanced.· The formulas to calculate clearance distance and distance of two meeting trains are offered. Subsequently dynamics experiment projects are designed. ? On the basis of analyzing the factors affecting the Picking-up & Transport Project, the optimization mode of picking-up & transport project is established. An application example is given.? Pointing to the complexity of the transportation procedure and the poor transportation time-efficiency, the measures are put forward to improve the market competition ability of the out-of-gauge goods transportation organization.
