Railway heavy haul traffic is one of the most important ways to relief increasing transport pressure,enlarge capacity and improve efficiency.Heavy haul wagon is one of the most important transportation,which owns the advantage of larger axle load,lower self weight and lower wheel/track interaction.With the application of 27t axle load wagon,it's important to conduct a research on its securing strength.However,the formula of lateral inertia force was based on the running tests of 21t axle load railway wagon.Compared to 21t axle load railway wagon,the gross weight and the type of bogie of 27t axle load have changed.It is unknown whether the formula can be applied in the 27t axle load railway wagon.This paper conducts a research on lateral inertia force of 27t axle load railway wagon by simulation to provide reference for loading and securing.This paper mainly includes the following contents:(1)Analysis the form of vehicle vibration and possible influencing factors of lateral inertia force,such as lines,vehicle,speed,loading and so on,to provide reference for determining simulation conditions;(2)Select the NXso flat wagon as subject,establish simulation model based on SIMPACK,according to the relationship between each components;(3)Make comparison of simulation data and real test data of vehicle inspection report to verify the reliability of model.(4)Design simulation conditions referring to railway line design criteria,the standard of the limited speed and so on,the amount of test conditions total 186.Then make calculation under simulation conditions.(5)Analysis the change rules of simulation data with the change of line condition,operation condition,curve radius and so on.(6)Determine the formula of the 27t axle load railway wagon according to the simulation results.Compare the simulation formula and current formula,the result shows that current standard can meet the securing requirement of 27t axle load railway wagon.
