With the development of EV (electrical vehicle) ,the battery the power supply of EV has been the obstruction of the development of EV. So the battery technique and BMS are the key solution of the problem. More and more people issue the study of BMS. The Research &Development of BMS is a part of project-"The Research &Development of Electric Vehicle Based on SRM".The thesis introduces power battery, and compares some kinds of batteries which are used in EV popularly. Then offer a new kind of BMS schemein-Distributing sample&Conectting manage .That is sampling parameters of every battery cell, then sending thses datas to BMS control chip (TMS320LF2407A DSP) where SOC other information are worked out. CAN Bus carrys out the communication between BMS and EV center controller.The thesis focuses on the haredware detail circuits including the least system design based on TMS320LF2407A DSP, voltage, cunent, temperature sampling circuits, CAN communication interface circuit ,and the relative haredware designs such as display,safe switch. Besides, the key apparatus choice and parameter determine are discussed in the thesis. In the software design, the configuration of inter resource of DSP is introduced,and through flow charts present the main program and other subroutines.Finally, connecting the lead-acid battery with BMS experiment devices, debug the whole system including the hardware and software.The result proves that this BMS designed in this thesis could implement signals sample, SOC computation and display.
