As we know,hydraulic disorder is an ubiquitous problem ,which exits in the pipe network of circulation cooling water system of steel and iron enterprises.Therefore,at present a new problem faces Chinese steel and iron enterprises,that is how to realize the hydraulic banlance,elimineta the existing disordered running states ,enhance the utilization of pipe network economically,securely,reliably and improve the quality of cooling water.In the circulation cooling water system,the most important thing of water treatment is to solve the problem of exchanger's smudge and corrosion.As the smudge and corrosion can influence exchanging efficiency,energy consume, not only reduce the life of pipe and equipment;but also exist the hidden danger of equipment explosion,therefore,according to the above,this paper focuces on the following three issues:1.Taking the ordinary changes of hydraulic disorder in circulation cooling water system.Aimed at the main influential factors for hydraulic disorder,we advance some approaches and solutions to settle down hydraulic disorder.2.This paper analyses the causes of smudge and corrosion brought about by exchanger of circulation cooling water system's pipe network,makes a comparision synthetically between advantages and disadvantages of prevention measures against smudge and corrosion at home and abroad,and disadvantages of prevention measures against smudge and corrosion st home and abroad,and discusses the function of magnetized water processor which controls the smudge and corrosion of exchanger.3.Taking the example of the installation and commissioning of balanced valve and magnetized water processor of NO2 cooling rool mill engineering in WISCO circulation cooling water system's pipe network,which adopts the way of primary adjustment to make sure the hydraulic system can reach the most optimized balanced stable,this paper explains the principle and method of balanced valve and magnetized water processor's primary adjustment.Through the comparision of technology and economy before and after WISCO adopting balanced valve and magnetized water processor,we prove that it can solve the hydraulic disorder efficiently and also have good effect on energy reduction by adopting balanced valve in circulation cooling water system;magnetized water processor can also control the smudge and corrosion of exchanger in pipe network efficiently,by this way,it will not only reduce the production cost,but slao decrease the environment pollution caused by phosphorus chemical agents.
