The hydraulic balance circuit is usde to overcome gravity and decline load steadily. It is widely used in radar vehicles, aerial platforms and other products. Balance circuit usually uses balance valve to achieve restrictive function. The characteristics of the balance valve are directly related to the dynamic characteristics of the balance circuit. If the balance valve does not match the balance circuit, it may vibrate the load.At present, it generally uses cut and try method to set the parameters beacause it is difficult to effectively set the right parameters of the balance circuit based on the simulation results due to the lack of accuracy parameters in various simulation models. It causes the system not only unable to achieve the optimum but also a large number waste of human and material resources and brings detrimental effect in products development.The study of dynamic characteristics match of the balance valve and the balance circuit was proposed based on the present situation in this paper, aimed to obtain more engineering significance simulation models and technological achievements. It can provide guidance for the optimization of existing products and the development of new products. The research also has promotion significance in engineering machine.It uses the balance valve CBCG as the study object in this paper. It carries out the simulation by accuratly building the mathematical models and simulation models of the functions of unidirectional, throttle and overflow based on the mechanism analysis, accurate parameter measurement and extraction of the structure of the valve, and the decomposition of the balance valve function by using the method of function analysis. The simulation results and the flow characteristics date measured in laboratory are basically the same, which can verify the correctness of the simulation model. The models are universal in all CB-series balancing valves and can be directly used in the research of the similar products.It analyzed the factors affecting on the stability of the lifting balance circuit by building the mathematical model and solving the transfer function of the circuit based on the mathematical model of the balance valve. Then, the simulation model of the balance circuit was built based on the simulation model of the balance valve. The main factors affecting on the stability of the circuit were simulated according to engineering realizability. Based on the simulation conclusion that the opening stability of the the main valve spool determines the stability of the circuit, ways to improve the stability of the balance circuit were proposed.The mathematical and simulation models of the lifting circuit for aerial platform arm support mechanism were built in this paper. To improve the stability of the circuit, and optimizing the inertial load by adjust the fulcrum of the lifting cylinder were drafted. The program of optimizing the damp for the control port of the balance valve was eventually used by the simulation and the comparison of the two programs to eliminate the vibration of the arm support.The program of optimizing the damp for the control port of the balance valve was implemented by increasing damp network. The programs of verification and measure on the aerial platform were designed and implemented. The testing and implementation results show that, it can eliminate vibration completely and improve the system stability effectively by optimizing the damp network of the control port.
