In the long-term, these drugs are not got good transdermal delivery effection by iontophoresis and ultrasonic wave technology and Treatment requirements didn't meet. This electroporation transdermal drug delivery method is worth to research.electroporation transdermal drug delivery technology is from biomembrane electroporation technology. It is a using of electroporation technology on transdermal delivery. It is a new developing transdermal delivery method in recent years. It exerts high strength Instantaneous electricity pulse on skin, this causes the skin to produce reversible"temporary water affinity channel"and urges the medicine to seep after the skin. After the pulse had finished, the skin restores to the original condition.Electroporation transdermal drug delivery technology has avoided"First Pass Effect"of the liver and degeneration in gastro-intestinal tract as an emerging technology. It not only promoted the general small molecular medicine to seep after the skin, but also promoted some biological macro-molecule medicines to seep after the skin, and maintained the biologicalactivity, reduced the medicine poisonous and side effect, was easy to control, was allowed to stop giving the medicine as necessary, provided newly effectively gives the medicine way for clinical.The paper has developed the electroporation transdermal drug delivery instrument which was based on the principle of electroporation transdermal drug delivery.The electroporation transdermal drug delivery instrument uses the MARX generator for the instrument main body, microprocessor AT89C52 is the core control. The main content of full text as follows:(1) Possible mechanism of electroporation promoting molecular revolution after skinIn the process that exerts the high electricity pulse on the skin, the new passageway formed, causes the skin permeability increase, the electrically charged member also has the revolution under the electrical field intensity function. These two occupies the superiority. In addition, the skin resistance changes slightly, the cuticle starts to revolve under the thermal reaction, the local concentration gradient under the electricfield function also is the factor of the medicine seepage strengthening under the electroporation.(2) Electricity parameters of the electroporation transdermal drug deliveryThe pulse shape, the pulse voltage, the pulse time, the pulse number, the pulse rate and the pulse energy, and so on, are all electricity parameters that affect the effect of electroporation transdermal delivery. When experiment, we separately exerts electricity pulse of the dissimilar condition. By comparing the experimental result with the passive proliferationresult of medicine, we prove that the seepage through the skin of medicine using electroporation method is bigger than passive proliferation under the appropriate electricity pulse condition; At the same time, we summarized the rules of medicine seepage along with the change of electricity pulse condition from the experiment.The paper conclusion:(1) Uses the MARX electric circuit to be allowed to produce the instantaneous electricity pulse; Designs the reasonable MARX circuit to be allowed to use in electroporation transdermal drug delivery.(2) Increasing the electricity pulse amplitude, the capacity, the pulse rate and the pulse number in the certain scope, may increase the medicine seepage through the skin。...
