The highway urgent succor of JiLin province is selected as a example, and the developing of highway management information system and the actuality of related research field are involved in the thesis. The thesis analyses the existing traffic safety problem of china and JiLin province, it also contains the reason of traffic safety problem and how to solve the problem.
