As the energy supply is growing increasingly tense and indoor heat and humidity environment, air quality are required increasingly higher, we press for energy saving on the premise of keeping adequate degree of comfort of the air-conditioning area. The air-conditioning automation system can make building inner environment more comfort, make equipments running safer and make full use of energy, so the air-conditioning automatic system is an important component of modern building equipment automatic system. How we can make air-conditioning system running more optimization, and make it satisfy the ideal purpose has been paid more attention, but the problem is that we don't gain enough digestive absorption. In another aspect, the product quality of domestic developed has a gap somewhat with the aboard product, so it becomes very important that we should make the most of our chance to study the aboard product technology and use the technology for ourselves.By means of research practice in Beijing Master System engineering Co, Ltd., theoretical analysis, on site debugging and testing of American Andover building automatic system on the basis of the application in the actual projects is taken. The application of Andover Continuum system in the light current system of the DA-TANG Group office building, the test and analysis of the running effectiveness are presented in the paper. Provided that establishing the mathematic models of variable air volume (VAV) air-conditioning room and the related links of VAV control loop, frequency response method is adopted to design the control system and make simulation analysis of VAV air-conditioning system. By using the Ziegler-Nichols method, PID controller is designed and the effectiveness is evaluated by frequency response method. The article puts forward the whole year energy saving control mode of variable fresh air volume, analyses the principle of the temperature control method and enthalpy difference control method, and provides the detail action steps and operating methods in the actual application of the above two methods combined with the air-conditioning automatic system of the International Finance Study and Research Institute of China Bank and a Beijing showplace.
