The Fundamental Research Of Economic Analysis Of Frame-isolated Structure

Seismic isolation technology is a branch of passive control technique and a new kind of seismic resistance technology. The way of making the structure be far away from predominant period of site by enlarging the basic natural frequency is good to reduce the inputting accelerated velocity of building .During the past 10 years, a large number of project practice have already turned out that seismic isolation technology has fine economic returns and social benefits.The economic performance of isolation structure quantitatively is mainly analyzed, compared with the isolated and non-isolated structure in the seismic velocity, acceleration, displacement reaction by the program of SAP2000, and the effect of the different plane of layout of the base isolation bearing on cost of construction is put forward; meanwhile, The criterion that choice base isolation structure through a series of analysis on isolated structure is summarized. Finally, in this paper, from the economical angle, the domestic and foreign research present situation of isolation is introduced , the open question is analyzed in the building reinforcement transformation, on which establish a foundation for the promoted application of the isolation technique.
