There are obvious differences in the isolation effect obtained by the isolation technology of different period building structures.Friction-slip isolation and rubber bearing isolation are the two types of isolation technology that are the most studied in today's isolation,but these two isolation technologies are There are still no clear research results on the isolation performance of the non-periodic building structure.Therefore,mainly discusses the effects of frictional isolation and rubber bearing isolation on the isolation of different periods and the economics of seismic isolation buildings.Firstly,the different period isolation structures are designed by PKPM to compare the structural design differences of different period isolation structures.Secondly,SAP2000 finite element software is used to analyze the designed different period isolation structures,and the isolation and seismic structures are adopted.The comparison is to analyze the isolation performance of the two isolation technologies in different period isolation structures,and to study the economic effects of the two isolation technologies and the economic advantages of different period isolation structures through economic analysis.According to the PKPM isolation structure design,the long-period isolation structure has large tensile stress due to the support and may need special design means to make the tensile stress reach the standard.Therefore,the structural design of the longperiod isolation structure is more complicated;The time-history analysis of the isolated structure of different isolation technologies by SAP2000 finite element software shows that the isolation and isolation performance of rubber bearings is better than that of friction-slip isolation,and it is more prominent in long-period isolation structures.According to economic analysis,the cost of post-earthquake restoration of rubber bearing isolation structure is much smaller than that of friction-slip-isolated structure.The 6-story isolation structure will increase the cost per square meter by 9.13% compared with the seismic structure,and reach 9 floors in the building.After that,the cost per square meter of the seismic structure is only 0.12% difference.After the building reaches 12 floors,the cost is reduced by 6.38% per square meter compared with the seismic structure.Figure 17;Table 56;Reference 51.
