Research On The Sustainable Development A Living Environment In The Era Of Planned Economy

China is in the era of transformation, and its economy pattern is converting from the planned form to the economy market oriented. Development of the living environment is also involving in the same process of the transformation. Living districts, built by medium/large enterprises, are the products in the era of the planned economy, and such districts are still rather a large portion in the city and very typical in the all the districts. To those energetic districts in a large amount, as a designer and developer, it is necessary to study the running mechanism of the referred districts, then give theoretical direction and practical support to those districts in order to reconstruct and develop in the sustainable mode under the circumstance now.Combining with many case studies, the thesis gives a brief description of the environment of the living district of xi'an railway bureau in the east road of You Yi through a large amount survey on the site. Be aimed at the space of this bureau (include building, public space, traffic, service facilities, landscape facilities), the thesis proposes a plan in a scientific, humanity mode suitable to sustainable development after systemic theoretical analysis of the formed pattern and further typical requirement of dweller in the district, combing the results after comparison of various types of existent living districts, while under the guidance of theories of the humanity and sustainable development.
