The Study Of The Living Environment Problems About The Old Residential District-a Case Study Of Jinan

With the development of society, the old residential district already can not adapt to the demand of modern life, of which the living environment the closest relations with people has also laid behind the living needs. In order to ease this contradiction, a large-scale old renewal has started, and is ongoing. And after the update, whether or not the original problems have been resolved, whether or not the living environment still has the inadaptable place with the life of residents, with this thinking, conducted this study.It has been nearly four years since Jinan undergoes the massive reconstruction development of shanty towns and the regulation update of the general old residential since 2007. Many update projects have been completed and the work of move back is continuing for the shantytowns'reconstruction. This paper is based on a survey of Jinan old renewal for two kinds of typical cases of update, the Faxiang lane area and Gongren new area - and conducts a investigation on the spot and investigate the living environment problems and have a study mainly from the traffic organization, public service facilities, landscape, the intercourse space and infrastructure, analyzing its updated situations and people's use evaluation, and put forward the strategy to improve the living environment quality in the light of these two types of updating ways and also puts forward the safeguard mechanism of old renewal at the end of the paper.This paper is divided into five parts:Chapter one, briefly makes research the background of topic and significance of the research, determine the research idea and research method, definite the related concept, and summarizes the current research at home and abroad, also with the practical experience.The second chapter analyses the development history of old residential of Jinan and current problems and causing reasons, and the new changes brought by the development trend.The third chapter has an empirical analysis of the old area's renewal of Jinan. This chapter is the core part and analyses old renewal's background of Jinan city, summarizing the ongoing update in classification and has a analysis of two kinds of typical cases of update and study the living environment in the update aspects of effectiveness and the insufficiency from the feedback of the questionnaire.Chapter four, strategies and suggestionsPutting forward corresponding solutions aimed at the living environment problems in the reconstruction development and renovation updating so as to improve its living place which is not harmonious with the residents, and discuss the measures to improve the living environment problems of the old renewal.Chapter five, the security system of old renewal.This part explored the safeguard mechanism of old renewal from a policy support, public participation and funding.
