Conventional automobile has caused serious environment pollution and crisis of petroleum.In order to solve these problems, Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV) which combines the advantages of the conventional automobile and electric vehile arises and becomes one of the most feasible ways to solve pollution and fuel problems.HEV is a whole body assort with engine, generator/motor and battery. As one of the world-famous advanced technologies for future car, Integrated Starter/Generator (ISG) we used satisfies the requirements of high efficiency and low exhaust.Based on the Xiali 7100, the paper study on the control strategy of HEV with simulink.First, it introduces the HEV class on the structure format and hybrid degree.As a conclusion, it chooses to design Parallel, Integrated Starter/Generator mild HEV (ISG-MHV).According to the conclusion, based on analysis about the structure and functions of ISG-MHV, the parameters designing method of the powertrain components are presented. After analyzing the working modes of ISG-MHV, the control strategy during start, cruise, accelerate or climb, idle and brake is defined.According to the object considering the minimum fuel consumption and the battery SOC, the paper designs an instantaneous optimization control strategy based on the logical gateway and ensures the fuel consumption evaluated method.At the end, a fuel consumption evaluated module is built with MATLAB/Simulink.According the Chinese type city bus circle, the fuel economy performance is analysed and compared using the module. Compared with the conventional vehicle of similar dynamic performance, the fuel economy performance of the ISG-MHV increased using reasonable control strategy and effective arithmetic.It is proved that the powertrain design and the control strategy are effective.It also provides a base for ISG-MHV further optimized design.
