Takes the universal questions of power supply which exist during the process of gold refining as a basic point, unites the production practice of refining high pure gold in GuiXi melting factory, this paper has developed the rectifier used in the high pure gold electrolysis, analyzed the main questions in pile up AC and DC power source, furthermore introduced the key technologies in the research of the equipment.The paper was total divided into five chapters.The first chapter introduced the present condition and the universal questions of the gold refining.The second chapter introduced all kinds of scheme in pile up AC and DC power source. The series and parallel mix pile mode was chose, and introduce the main circuit and control loop in brief.The third chapter designed the main circuit including digital trigger and the protection of main circuit. In succession a digital detection and control system executed by industrial computer to control the thyristors and the electric current closed loop using the neural network PID regulator to control current online were proposed.The forth chapter introduced the software design, including man-machine interaction, data processing, and interrupt response. The system adopts a kind of multi-point fast sampling law and the compound digital filter to the picked data. It can surveillance, measure, calculate and record the parameters in the main circuit.
