With the continuous progress of smart technology and high-tech industry,the electrical signal as the transmission medium between various electronic devices has become more and more diverse and complex,and electronic measuring instruments are continuously improving their performance to meet this change.Oscilloscope is the most widely used test instrument in the field of electronic testing.It can capture the complex characteristics of electrical signals and display them stably on the screen by setting relevant conditions through trigger function.The design of trigger function is especially important if you want to capture more detailed and accurate specific signals.This thesis studies and designs the advanced triggering function of multi-channel type based on multi-channel high-speed digital oscilloscope.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:1.Design of advanced trigger system for multi-channel oscilloscope.Data collection is used as trigger source signal,and a digital trigger system is designed.Single-channel type trigger module and multi-channel type trigger module are placed in the advanced digital trigger architecture of the acquisition and processing boards,respectively.The processing boards receive parallel comparison signals and trigger signals from multiple acquisition boards to judge multi-channel type triggers,including code type,status,build-hold,cascade,quasi-synchronous triggers.The trigger precision and flexibility are improved.2.High-precision multi-channel advanced trigger system.Based on the platform of multi-channel high-speed oscilloscope,the trigger mechanism of advanced trigger for many types of multi-channel is deeply studied.For code type,state,establishment of hold trigger,high-speed serial port is used to transmit parallel comparison signal,and parallel algorithm is used to precisely find points,which makes the waveform displayed more stable,and the advanced trigger measurement parameters of multi-channel type not only accurate to 1ns.3.Design of multi-channel and multi-event triggering function.Designs a cascade triggering method that can cascade multiple events,including edge,pulse width,slope,underamplitude,window,etc.Events can come from many different channels,which greatly improves the flexibility and capture ability of triggering.For the synchronization of multiple channels,a quasi-synchronization trigger is designed to help users capture quasi-synchronization signals within the tolerance.Finally,the multi-channel digital trigger module is applied to the multi-channel high-speed digital oscilloscope to complete the relevant test platform.By debugging and testing the multi-channel digital oscilloscope,the functions and technical indexes of the multi-channel digital trigger module designed in this paper meet the requirements,and the research goal has been completed.
